Job Summary

Greets and assists visitors in person, over the telephone, or by email. May act as Peer Advisor. Provides general office support.

Responsibilities

1. Receives, greets, and directs visitors to appropriate person or office.
2. Creates and maintains files.
3. May act as a Peer Advisor to Electrical and Computer Engineering undergraduate students.
4. Schedules appointments and arranges for meetings.
5. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities.
6. Assists with word processing, data entry, and internet searches, and other projects as assigned.
7. Maintains office equipment; arranges for service calls as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferences

A work-study award for the 2023-2024 academic year is required.

Preference given to current Computer or Electrical Engineering pre-major or major-status students.
