Job Summary
Manages and reviews all faculty action requests. Reviews and interprets University bylaws, policies, and guidelines and provides operational support to employees. Advises on procedures and action approvals. Facilitates high-visibility development initiatives.
Essential Functions
Manages and reviews all faculty action requests for accuracy and adherence to university guidelines.
Tracks all requests to ensure timely processing.
•Provides operational support to employees.
•Advises on proper procedures for requesting, processing, and subsequent approval of all actions.
•Organizes high-visibility development initiatives such as panel presentations, workshops, and programs.
•Collects historical and demographic information, maintains faculty databases, and prepares periodic
faculty reports.
•Responds to inquiries regarding faculty policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Physical Effort
must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
