Administrative Assistant



The Office Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Development or Executive Director of Development and Alumni Affairs. The incumbent will provide high-level support for the Office of Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement. In addition to the management of the office, meetings, calendars, and supplies, the incumbent will be responsible for disbursements, payment processing, balancing level reports, quarterly preparation of complex financial reports related to major gift fundraising and office expenditures, as well as the management of the annual budget. The incumbent will manage the allocation of football tickets at Acrisure Stadium. The Office Coordinator will hire, train, and manage interns and student workers, determine or improve office procedures, and develop policies. The Office Coordinator will provide support for alumni engagement, stewardship, and event planning as needed which may include some evening and weekend work, database entry of event attendees, and assist with special projects as assigned. Preference will be given to applicants with an interest in donor relations and/or fundraising.
