Sitting/standing for extended periods, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs, or team-lifting heavier equipment.

7:30 am-6:00 pm (M-F, 4 days per week)

Job Summary

Assists in planning clinical skills instruction. Makes suggestions for equipment usage to meet goals/objectives. Programs/runs simulation scenarios. Set-up/breakdown of sim equipment. Makes recommendations for event setup/breakdown, programming, and maintenance time blocks. Tracks the use of replaceable parts & supplies. Provides tech support (prep, maintenance, and repair of sim task trainers, patient simulators, and AV equipment). Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Ability to work independently and with a team to prioritize tasks, and set & meet deadlines.

Knowledge of educational practices, clinical knowledge, experience working with medical simulators, ACLS/ BLS certification, experience gaming, working with computers, or using Outlook scheduling/SharePoint/WordPress are a plus.
