Sr Mgr (Niterra North America, Inc.)  Wixom, MI. INCLS BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Manage, train,   
& oversee designated OEM staff. Collab w/ Product Team (PT) to investigate Global Key       
Acct customer & industry trends to generate & maintain product roadmaps for acct w/         
feedback/support from Global Headquarters (GHQ) eng'g teams. Must have Master's or equiv    
in Eng'g or rel field + 3 yrs exp in OEM automotive or rel field; OR Bachelor's or equiv    
in Eng'g or rel field + 5 yrs exp in OEM automotive or rel field. REQ'D SKILLS: Internal    
& external supply chains & logistics; Sales contract negotiations & forecasting; Sales,     
technl mktg, & product positioning strategy dvlpmt; Technl feasibility assessments & eval   
(Fin'l & technl due diligence activities); Bus. expansion & strategy dvlpmt; New product    
innovation; Automotive technology; OEM automotive processes; Technl ceramics & apps;        
Material science eng'g, material characterization tools & analysis equipment such as SEM,   
XPS, XRD and X-RAY; Energy storage/transmission & fuel cells; New product launch, product   
life cycle dvlpmt, project mgmt using APQP tools, customer rel, pricing strategy &          
negotiations; Design & optimization of manufacturing lines & processes; Drafting & eval     
BOM, technl specs & drawings using design & softw such as Matlab, Solidworks & CATIA;       
Generating & using quality control tools such as PPAP, PSW, FMEA & RCA; Vehicle             
Electronic control modules/Powertrain control modules & integration w/ other                
electro-mechanical components; Regulatory req'mts for emissions (OBD, CARB, EURO 6); &      
IATF 16949 & ISO14000 req'mts. Employer will accept any amount of exp w/ req'd skills. To
