Job Description

Outreach and Engagement
  • College event planning
  • Coordinate and participate in on-campus events to engage students
  • Recruitment activities, such as representing CASE at Discover Days and Open House events (and college fairs, as necessary)
  • Supervise and engage with CASE Student Advisory Board and engage graduate students to form CASE Graduate Student Advisory Board
  • Coordinate FYRE activities with Associate Dean for Research and External Relations
  • Point of contact for marketing needs, such as promotional/recruitment materials, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to Weiner Professor of Humanities for Humanities-related activities on campus
  • Coordinates monthly college newsletter and submit to campus accomplishments
Office Responsibilities
  • Hiring Manager fornon-regularfaculty positions (Post-Doc, Lecturer, etc.):
    • Complete/Route HFA for approval
    • Enter postings in eRecruit and route applications
    • Draft offer letters and enter job offers in eRecruit
  • Complete forms as necessary for programs/events, to include but not limited to incidentals, alcohol approval, etc.
  • Office purchasing, one card reconciliation, reimbursements, etc.
Minimum Qualifications

An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $16.82 to $20.76 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
