A non-profit organization in Staten Island is seeking sealed bids for the sale and installation of security related enhancements. Project One: IP camera security system upgrade. Current system supports 35 IP cameras. Seeking to upgrade the server to a Linux host running Watchdog cloud software. Host should include four hard drives and one drive for a hot spare, with a retention period of thirty days. Software should be perpetual cloud based with remote connection from any device with no monthly fees. A UPS will be needed to support the system for ten minutes of run time. System should include one year of support with the option for additional years. Single pricing is needed for one additional IP outdoor and one internal camera supporting 8 megapixels; cost of a home run RJ45 cable per run should be included. Project Two: Outdoor perimeter lighting for coverage of a walkway of fifty feet and park/playground area. Project Three: Shatter resistant glass. Prospective bidders can request a site survey. Selection criteria will be based on knowledge of surveillance and security, adherence to work schedule, prior experience, references, and cost.
