This position is responsible for providing oversight for the implementation and operation of grant and/or contract funded initiatives designed to deliver education and provide additional support services to students in programs and their designated pathway in both Credit and Continuing Education. Responsible for coordination and delivery of programs and services, ensuring key objectives are met.

Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale. Bachelor's degree required in liberal arts, business management or related field and Master's degree preferred. Three (3) years of progressively responsible grant, program development, or project management experience required. Additional required experience to include program administration, budget management, monitoring and evaluation, team facilitation, reporting, and demonstrated database management experience. Experience working with case managers preferred.

  1. Coordinate recruitment and retention of participants.
  2. Ensure successful achievement of expected outcomes, maintain fiscal accountability and ensure compliance with funder requirements.
  3. Serve as liaison to partners, reporting on outcomes and student progress.
  4. Achieve participation targets through recruitment marketing and outreach efforts and information sessions in partnership with funder, and other stakeholders.
  5. Serve as a liaison and collaborate with funder, business partners, and other key stakeholders to strengthen and enhance the program and services offered.
  6. Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen and improve overall program effectiveness.
  7. Coordinate reporting, schedules and program timelines.
  8. Ensure students receive necessary supports to succeed.
  9. Facilitate information and intake sessions as needed.
