Information Systems Support Technician
York General has a full-time Support Technician position open in Information Systems. The Information Systems Department is responsible for the oversight of many types of data and communication systems for the organization. These systems include, but are not limited to, computer systems and peripherals such as printers, scanners, wired and wireless data networks, telephone systems, video conferencing systems, nurse call systems, and more. This position is responsible for installing and performing general maintenance on computers and software applications. Responsibilities will also include maintenance and monitoring of applications and network systems. The Support Technician participates in team projects and completes work orders, coordinating with coworkers throughout the organization and with vendors and contractors.
