Village Clerk
The Village of Beaver Crossing is now accepting applications for Village Clerk until September 14 2020.
This position is part time with pay based on experience. Quickbooks knowledge helpful but not required.
Clerks perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. They are responsible for maintaining business files, running errands, answering phones, sorting mail and a variety of other tasks to keep businesses running efficiently. The clerk also attends all public meetings of the board and executive sessions to keep a full record of the proceedings. Coordinating responses to public records requests. Posting notices and minutes of public meetings. Coordinator of the local census. Notary for parliamentary procedure. Point of contact for residents contacting the village
