Service Manager, Price Commons Cafeteria

University Dining is hiring a Service Manager for the Price Commons Cafeteria to oversee cafeteria services, Express carts, concessions, Gifts from Home care package program, and summer camps. This position works with student staff, front of house employees, and administrative staff to ensure quality service is provided to customers, while focusing on food safety, efficiency of service, and presentation. Additionally, this position monitors and provides fiscal analysis of Price Commons dining operations.

University Dining is seeking a skilled baker to work around the academic year in the Memorial Student Center. This position works closely with our Executive Chef. Responsibilities include moderate to large volume production of specialty catering and retail bakery items, including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and bars. The baker is part of a team that includes student employees, full time staff, and managers.
