Administrative & Project Coordinator
Student Life - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (22009377)
Reporting to the Director of Involvement and Student Unions with secondary reporting relationships with other department leadership team members. Coordinates and on special departmental projects. Represents the department as a liaison with other University offices, vendors, and business partners. Acts as a liaison on behalf of the Director. Assists with departmental planning efforts and the establishment of department practices and policies. Supports the analysis and management of the department's annual operating budget; works with departmental leadership on department planning efforts; writes, proofs, and edits, documents, and reports; processes highly confidential personnel matters for the department; provides communication and problem-solving assistance for the department staff.
Bachelor's Degree and experience working with diverse populations is imperative. Strong computer skills are a must (Microsoft Office environment) and must have the ability to collect and interpret data. Knowledge of basic research and programmatic assessment methods necessary.
