Payroll/Human Resources Clerk
Newly created position to join our payroll and human resources team to participate in the daily operation of all aspects of the payroll and fringe benefits functions. The successful candidate will actively train in the review, implementation and operation of payroll and fringe benefit policies, procedures, enrollment, advising, reporting and auditing for:
- Multiple Health Insurance Programs
- 401k Program
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Statutory Disability & Unemployment Insurance
- COBRA
- Employee Handbook
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree
- Payroll / Human Resources Experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable data base programs
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
