Facilities Manager Needed:
The Ministry of St. John Lutheran in Seward, NE is seeking applicants for a Facilities Manager. This position supports the church, school and child development center by ensuring that all facilities and equipment, interior and exterior, are adequate, safe and clean. Job duties include repairs, maintenance and coordinating with custodial staff, contractors and the Board of Trustees. This position is full-time with benefits. St. John Lutheran School, founded in 1884, is owned and operated by St. John Lutheran Church in Seward, Nebraska. St. John Lutheran Church is a member of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and part of the Nebraska District. St. John Lutheran Church opened the Child Development Center to 39 children from our community, ages 3 years to 6th grade, in August of 1992. The Center operated out of Schuelke Dorm on the Concordia College campus until June 1997, then to the corner of Highway 34 and Columbia for 20 years.
