Shop and Equipment Coordinator

As the Shop and Equipment Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory and accounting systems for a large fleet of construction vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Post Repair Orders
- License and Register Vehicles (both County and Interstate)
- Maintain Service Department Records
- Accounts Payable Invoice Entry
- Record and Manage Inventory of Parts and Tools
- Record Data for Vehicle and Equipment Inventory
- Warranty/Recall Claim Management
- Cost Analysis Reports
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Work in Company’s Business Systems and Extract Data
- General Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Theory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excellent Knowledge of Excel
- General Understanding of Mechanical/Equipment Technical Terms or Able to Easily Learn
- Possess an Interest In, and Knowledge Of Equipment
- Excellent Oral and Written Skills
- Detail-Oriented, Logical, Thorough, Systematic
- Understand the Importance of the Accuracy of Your Work to the End User

Required:
- High School Education
- Possess Ability to Learn and Develop in Position.
Preferred:
- Degree in Business or Accounting Preferred (or Equivalent in Business Experience)
- Three of More Years of Experience in a Maintenance Business, Dealership or Transportation Company.

Schedule:
- This is a Full Time Position
- Monday – Friday
- 40 – 42 hours a week.
