Full-time CRNA
CRNAs in our Hickory division provide anesthetics at Frye Regional Medical Center and three ambulatory surgery centers. Case mix includes a variety of general, orthopedics, plastics, peds, dental, bariatrics, hearts are negotiable, and some non complex neuro. Minimal neuro, no trauma.
You will not find a hospital that more greatly emphasizes a strong work/life balance. There is no call, no holidays, no nights, and no weekend work (unless the CRNA would like to pick up more shifts). We have a separate call team. We offer a robust benefits package and a lucrative 401(K) plan. The PTO package includes 7 weeks of vacation year one, 8 weeks of vacation after year one. We are currently offering a high base for CRNAs at $177,500 including new graduates, and a new signing bonus of $45,000 with a 3-year commitment. $30,000 is paid at the start date, $15,000 is paid after year one.

Requirements:
- Must be a current CRNA with a NC state license
- Exceptional location for new graduates, but must pass exam and have a NC state license
- PALS and ACLS certified
