Account Operations Representative
The Account Operations Representative is a non-customer facing position that supports our front-line staff with opening new accounts. This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.
JOB DUTIES
Perform Customer Identification Program procedures for all new accounts. Input Customer Due Diligence questions into BSA software. Review and assess Beneficial Ownership of entities according to bank regulations. Review various daily reports and scanning/indexing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Equivalent to a high school education and one year of post high school work experience with emphasis in business or related field. One year of banking experience preferred. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with co-workers and management. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
