Service Coordinator
Job description
Complete Homecare and its associated companies have been in the Non-medical Home Care industry for more than 20 years. We are currently service more than 4,000 patients between New York and Pennsylvania.
Our Service Coordinator, responsible for coordinating service authorizations through in network and out of network providers to assist the Care Manager with overall care management and quality of care for members.
Job Duties Includes but not limited to:
- Assist with verifying receipt of authorizations.
- Creating authorizations, faxing, and communicating with service vendors in verification of receipt of documents.
- Sending correspondence and communicating with vendors and providers at initial, follow up ongoing and discharge of services.
- Responsible for documentation related to Change in Service and Approval of Ongoing and/or New services.
- Responsible for assisting with claims resolution.
- Providing basic plan benefit information to the members and providers.
- General duties to include answering the phone, providing good customer service to the members and providers.
Requirements:
- Must have strong communication and follow up skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel
- Knowledge of data entry, documentation and report generation.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour for 3 months then $16.00 per hour
