*ULTRASONOGRAPHER – Full Time 40 hours/week; 4/5 days Monday-Friday, call required. Performs general and vascular ultrasound. Understanding differences in the care required for a pediatric, adolescent or geriatric patient. ARDMS abdominal and vascular registered. ARRT preferred/ BLS required. New graduates welcomed.
*CRNA – Full Time, Exempt Position 40 hours/week; variable hours, shifts as needed, along with second call coverage every 8th day. Provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures, labor & delivery and trauma stabilization. Experience in regional and peripheral nerve blocks preferred. Certified by the AANA and Current NE license.
*CERTIFIED LYMPHEDEMA THERAPIST (CLT) – OT/REHAB SERVICES – Full Time 36-40 hours/week; Monday-Friday, along with wkend rotation. Perform evaluations and carry out treatment plans for lymphedema patients to include primarily out-patient, some in-patient, and Home Health. Patients with other diagnosis and cross training in all of our settings will be included. Certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage through either ACOLS or the Norton School. Experience preferred but not necessary. Current NE license required in OT or PT.
*RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST – Full Time Nights. Perform all general x-rays independently at night. CT experience preferred. Current NE license, ARRT, and BLS required.
*REGISTERED/CERTIFIED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST – Full Timr 36 hours/week; 6:30 pm-7 am, 3 nights/week, along with every 3rd wkend. Seeking a respiratory therapist to work in a family environment, where teamwork and patient care are the priorities. Duties include aerosols, EKG, NPPV, CPAP, PFT’s, ventilators, Code Blue, Rapid Response Teams, Holter Monitors, etc. Quality monitoring, productivity. Interest in cross training in Sleep Lab a plus. RRT or CRT credentials current with NBRC. CRT Therapist required obtaining RRT within 5 years. ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS required, may complete after hire.
*RN – Senior Behavioral Health – Full Time 36 hours; 7 am-7:30 pm, 3 days/week, every 3rd weekend along with 2 holidays/year rotating. Primary duties include but are not limited to daily care of patients in Senior Behavioral Health Unit. Experience in Behavior Health preferred but willing to train. Current NE RN license, BLS required. BSN required within 5 years of hire.

*SOCIAL WORKER – Senior Behavioral Health – Part Time 24 hours/week; 8 am-4:30 pm, 3 days/week, hours/days may vary, and every other weekend. Provides educational, psychosocial and support to patients in the SBH unit. Coordinates support services to include counseling, service coordination and community organization skills. Master Degree in Social Work, 5 yrs health care social work experience preferable. NE State Certification (CMSW) Licensed Master Social Worker (MSW) and/or NE State Certificate (DSW) required.
*SOCIAL WORKER (MSW) – HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE – Full Time 40 hours/week; 8 am-4:30 pm. Provide social case management to patients receiving other skilled services from HH or Hospice. Responds to referrals for case management by agency staff or professionals from outside the agency. Assists physician and other team members in understanding the social and emotional factors related to patient’s health problems. Participate in the development of a treatment plan. Masters of Social Work, licensed in NE. BLS certified. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Able to drive own vehicle at times. Previous experience in Home Health and Hospice preferred but not required.
*LICENSED INDEPENDENT MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER – Columbus Psychiatry Clinic – Full Time 40 hours/week; 8 am-5 pm, 5 days/week. Provide direct mental health services to patients who are diagnosed with mental/behavioral illnesses in an outpatient clinic setting. Will work collaboratively with the Psychiatrist to provide evidence based mental health services. Including but not limited to evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and documentation. Initiate appropriate referrals for health care, social service program, and community resources to meet the identified needs of the patient and family. Current NE license as an Independent Mental Health Provider (LIMHP). Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work or related field of mental health. Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
*PHYSICAL THERAPIST – Columbus Wellness Center – Full Time 40 hours/week; 8 am-5 pm, 5 days/week, occasional wkend inpatient coverage teamed with a PTA. Provide evaluations/develop treatment plans for outpatients along with inpatient PT coverage and occasional home health. Opportunity to join a great team with support for program development, specialization, aquatic therapy and wellness programs. Experience or interest in vestibular rehab, Parkinson’s LSVT-BIG and/or PWR!, IASTM, concussion management and cancer rehab a plus but not necessary. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. One year of experience preferred but not required. Must be licensed as a PT in Nebraska. Start date in July 2021.
