Coleman Health Services is hiring Behavioral Health Support Staff to work evenings, weekends and overnights engaging with patients in its crisis stabilization unit in Ravenna in Portage County. Health aide or mental health work experience is preferred but not required. This unit has awesome people. You leave energized because you helped someone. It’s an experience you can’t get anywhere else.
Full-time or part-time positions available.

Duties of Behavioral Support Staff include:
- Coordinating admissions and discharges to the voluntary Crisis Unit
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Provide symptom monitoring and support
- Consultation with clinical team
- Daily activity monitoring and support
Qualifications for Behavioral Support Staff:
- High School Diploma
- Pass background check to work in Licensed Residential Facility under OMAHS guidelines
