Qualifications Required
Requires Bachelors Degree and knowledge of instructional methods and pedagogy, as well as experience with provision of academic support services for students. The desired candidate will have a professional level of management, technical, and administrative skills in order to manage the Academic Success Center; supervise and train staff, design programs and services, and evaluate diagnostic testing results. Preference will be given to candidates with a Masters Degree and supervisory experience.
General Summary
Plans, implements, and evaluates the operations and support services offered through the Academic Success Center. Instructional responsibilities may be assigned within foundations education. Will supervise professional and student staff. Will develop and implement programs and services designed to support the academic needs of Columbus Campus students.

Qualifications Required
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resource Management or a related field with three years of related occupational experience are required. Additionally, familiarity with teaching and developing curriculum is preferred. Individual should have strong computer skills both with hardware and software, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be detail oriented. Must be willing to travel with occasional overnight stays. Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to negotiate with presenters and outside organizations.
General Summary
The Leadership Development Coordinator / Trainer is responsible for developing and administering the leadership training activities designed for companies and organizations area-wide to include Columbus, Grand Island, Hastings, and Kearney regions. These responsibilities will include implementing, designing, coordinating, conducting and marketing the college's Leadership Development programs. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Trainer-Truck Driving Program

Qualifications Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of Truck Driving Experience. Valid CDL Class A license and maintain a good standing in accordance with DOT regulations is required.
General Summary
The Truck Driving Trainer will work with the Truck Driving Program Supervisor to support the instructional process. The duties of the Trainer will be to manage the over the road and driver training range and schedule students and equipment for efficient use of resources. They will instruct, observe, and evaluate students as they accomplish driving maneuvers on the range and over-the-road. Trainers will assist with classroom instruction by preparing and giving presentations of instructional materials scheduled and approved by the Program Supervisor. These duties and responsibilities will be preformed in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

General Summary
Plans, organizes and implements recruiting activities designed for members of diverse/historically underserved populations as well as assisting with other recruiting activities for the Columbus Campus. Activities include contracts with high schools and other educations institutions, community agencies, and business and industry with an emphasis on organizations that serve or employ members of diverse/historically underserved populations. Assists with special projects to promote support to off-campus locations and admissions with registration and advising. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
