Transports materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to and from project jobsites while also maintaining cleanliness of the shop through organizational and inventory control measures.

Requirements
Live reasonably close to Seward, NE, as this position will be an office position when not traveling. There is schedule flexibility when in the office. Our hours are 8-5.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Required to travel approximately 80% of the time with some overnight stays.
- Inventories and stocks all jobsite trailers with Superintendent prior to mobilization between projects and corroborates with Operations Director to ensure appropriate materials and supplies are loaded according to each project’s specifications.
- Loads and unloads materials, equipment, tools, and supplies at the shop, external storage locations, and jobsites.
- Trains employees on proper care and maintenance of equipment and appropriate tool use and storage.
- Updates overall inventory records of materials, supplies, tools, and company-owned equipment using equipment inventory software.
- Attends all internal pre-job meetings in order to stay apprised of upcoming projects; communicates any possible issues and offers solutions.
- Fixes broken tools when possible or sends tools out for more comprehensive repairs; tracks repairs and completes required paperwork.
- Cleans, maintains, and tracks CCS-owned equipment stored in shop.
- Coordinates, schedules, and logs maintenance for all vehicles and trailers in the Company fleet, including oil changes, tire rotations, and annual DOT inspections. Ensures DOT logbook compliance with all staff.
- Assists the Safety and QA Director by unloading and organizing deliveries of personal protective equipment, delivering safety equipment to jobsites as directed, and inspecting all equipment for safe and proper functionality prior to mobilization or storage.
- Assists executive team with any shipping needs.
- Coordinates all equipment orders with the Operations Director to ensure the right equipment is on each jobsite at the right time.
- Delivers safety and access equipment for inspections at potential project sites and schedules rental equipment for silo scans.
- Communicates regularly with jobsite superintendents and executive team regarding upcoming travel in order to accommodate any specific needs.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to complete minor repairs on equipment and tools.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively individually or in group settings.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve problems proactively.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software, safety-specific software, construction-related programs, and the Internet.
- Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA standards and federal/state/local safety regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish languages preferred.

- Valid Driver's License, CDL preferred
- DOT medical card
- Forklift certification
- MSHA 46 certification
- Various equipment operation certifications
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications preferred

Frequent travel with overnight stays is required, as is regular and reliable presence at the shop location when not traveling.
