Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants provides direct care at private practices and work collaboratively with primary care and pediatric providers and serve as an integrated part of their team to address the whole health needs of the families and individuals in our community. Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants provide assessment and interventions, comprehensive intake evaluations, and short-term therapy that address the medical, behavioral, and social needs of individuals. Additionally, Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants recommend services based on the unique needs of each individual served. Integrated care is an innovative model of care and a growing field with ongoing advancement opportunities.
BHN’s Integration program has the goal of integrating behavioral health services to improve the health outcomes of the individuals we serve. Integration provides targeted, flexible behavioral health support in the primary care setting through treatment that is person-centered, evidence-informed, and focused on collaborate goal-setting. Also we provide Care Management services to members based on their behavioral, medical and social determinants of health needs.

BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. ***This position includes a sign-on bonus of $2,500***
Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy (required).
- Independently License required (LICSW, LMHC/LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
- Broad knowledge of behavioral health needs of children and adults and understand the impact of behavioral health on whole health care
- Interest in working with chronic comorbid conditions including chronic health and SUD (substance use disorder) populations.
- Ability to use technology to access resources and communicate effectively as well as monitor treatment outcomes and document care.
- Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
