FACILITIES MANAGER
Acadiana Legal Service Corporation, a non-profit organization, is seeking a professional for this position. The successful applicant will provide technical and managerial support for the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the firm’s facilities. Responsibilities include: coordinating, supervising, and general project management associated with the organization’s buildings, improvements, and other fixed assets; coordinating work with vendors, contractors, and maintenance workers; working with other managers for budget projections, soliciting bids, grants reporting, and strategic planning related to capital expenditures and improvements. Frequent travel to various offices is required. Good communications skills, some computer skills, and previous experience in this field are required. A college degree is preferred.
